By reading these Shipping & Returns conditions, you agree to the below prescribed.

Bikini Adventures is a combination of a wholesaler and marketplace, meaning we don’t hold stock for some brands, eliminating the need for warehouses. Each product page will identify whether the product you are purchasing will be delivered from within Bikini Adventures or a supplier.

When you place an order for products being delivered from a brand, the product is sent directly by the brand straight to you. This is the simplest and most environmentally friendly way of delivering products.

If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately and directly from each individual brand. Unless Bikini Adventures holds stock of one of the items you sent, that item will be sent from Bikini Adventures.

Bikini Adventures is therefore not directly responsible for the delivery of items purchased on our site that we don’t hold stock for. Responsibility for this is passed to the brand, once the purchase has been made and payment has been collected by us.

We offer free delivery for Australian domestic orders over $150 AUD

We offer free delivery for International orders over $300 AUD

We accept refunds within 30 days of purchase for full priced items only. No sale items (including an item purchased with a discount code) is eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

All prices are in AUD.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Bikini Adventures is not responsible for theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered. All items are sent using Australia Post so a tracking number will be provided to your supplied email address.

Australia domestic:

We offer free delivery for orders over $150 AUD

$10 standard shipping fee for orders under $150 AUD

  •  2-5 business days for normal delivery and 

$15 express shipping fee for orders under $150 AUD

  • 1-3 business days for domestic express shipping.

We off free delivery for orders over $300 AUD

Bikini Adventures is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. If your parcel is delayed, please email us at hello@bikiniadventures.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Refunds & Exchanges 

Defective or Damaged products:

We accept refunds for defective or damaged products. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with proof of fault provided by the customer. We are not responsible for the damage of products. Our vendors are responsible for defective or damaged products. We place a high value on the quality of the products we source, so please contact us directly at hello@bikiniadventures.com.au so we can address the issue as quickly as possible for you. 

Refunds: 

Please ensure you check the sizing guide for the specific brand you are purchasing as sizes are subject to change per brand. Although, we get it, sometimes things just don’t fit! We accept refunds within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and condition and hygiene sticker MUST not have been removed. Customers bear postage costs for refunds.

No sale items (including an item purchased with a discount code) are eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

To return your product, please contact hello@bikiniadventures.com.au to receive a return mail address. 

Exchanges: 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your items in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact your bank first before contacting hello@bikiniadventures.com.au

Delivery

Delivery & Promotions:

Promotional codes are only a reduction to the price of the product and not the delivery cost unless otherwise specified.

Incorrect address details:

Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order. Bikini Adventures does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect.

If your order is returned to either Bikini Adventures or our vendors, the cost of redelivery to our customer must be paid before it is despatched again.

Redelivery:

Bikini Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible if their package is redirected to their local post office for pick-up, redirected to Bikini Adventures or a vendors return address when the package has been marked as unclaimed. We do not offer free shipping back to the customer unless otherwise specified.
